Terberg acquires terminal tractor distributor in Hong Kong

Terberg and KCL representatives agree to acquisition deal
Netherlands / Hong Kong – The Royal Terberg Group BV of IJsselstein, Netherlands announced that its ‘special vehicles’ division has acquired KCL Lifttrucks Ltd, a Hong-Kong-based provider of material handling and port equipment to customers in the Asia Pacific region.
The new company, ‘Terberg KCL’, will offer the entire Terberg special vehicle range, namely its terminal tractors, swap bodies, and container carriers for port and terminal logistics. Terberg KCL will distribute vehicles produced locally through the Terberg Tractors Malaysia joint venture with Sime Darby Industrial.
