Japan - Toyota Motor Corporation, headquartered in Toyota City, Aichi Prefecture, has launched sales of its e-Palette, a small battery-powered bus designed to cater to a wide variety of local mobility services.
The e-Pallette features large windows and a spacious interior, making it suitable for a wide variety of applications and customization options, including local sightseeing and tourist transportation. It has a gvw of just under 3 tons and can carry up to 17 people, including seated and standing passengers, as well as the driver. It is powered by a 73 kWh battery pack and can reach speeds of up to 80 km/h.
