Addiante is a joint venture company of steel maker, formed by Gerdau SA of Porto Alegre, and Randoncorp of Caxias do Sul, set up in 2022, specializing in the leasing of heavy vehicles, implements and machinery.

Addiante Serviços Financeiros e Digitais, is a new company, headquartered in São Paulo, specializing in leasing services for heavy-duty trucks, semi-trailers, and associated equipment.
