South Korea - South Korean automotive Hyundai Mobis of Seoul, (the components manufacturing subsidiary of Hyundai Motor Company) said its advanced forward collision avoidance systems will be fitted to all Hyundai Motor trucks and vans by 2021.
The affiliate of Hyundai Motor said its driver state warning (DSW) system, which detects driver drowsiness and lack of attention, helps avoid frontal collisions by applying brakes automatically. The technology will make its way into buses and passenger vehicles at a later stage, the company added.
