Delphi shareholders approve takeover-merger with BorgWarner

USA / UK – An overwhelming majority of shareholders of Delphi Technologies Plc of London last month approved the previously announced negotiated takeover merger with BorgWarner Inc of Auburn Hills, Michigan, USA.
Richard F. Dauch, CEO of Delphi Technologies, said: "We are pleased with the strong support from our shareholders for this transformative transaction, which we believe will create a leading propulsion technologies company that is uniquely equipped to serve OEMs and aftermarket customers around the world.
