An overwhelming majority of shareholders of Delphi Technologies Plc last month approved the previously announced negotiated takeover merger with BorgWarner Inc.

Delphi Technologies PLC, a developer of vehicle electric systems and internal combustion engine propulsion solutions has announced collaboration with TomTom NV, a specialist in navigation, traffic and map products on a range of projects.
