Knorr Bremse’s CEO Eulitz resigns at short notice

Germany – Munich-based Knorr Bremse has announced Bernd Eulitz chairman and CEO of the Executive Board of Knorr Bremse AG, has resigned by mutual agreement effective August 31, 2020.

The announcement, decided unanimously by the Supervisory Board, follows a meeting where the Supervisory Board has initiated a search for a successor. The remaining members of the Executive Board, Dr Peter Laier, Frank Markus Weber, and Dr Jürgen Wilder have been asked to take over the responsibilities of Eulitz for the transitional period.
