Germany / China Quantron AG, a provider of battery-electric and hydrogen-based solutions for CVs based in Gersthofen, Germany, has agreed to a stock swap with EV Dynamics, a Hong Kong-based multinational manufacturer of EVs, which will lead to a total 14% ownership of shares in Quantron by EV Dynamics. Andreas Haller, founder and CEO of Quantron, will remain the majority shareholder.

This change in shareholding follows the agreement the two companies have made to collaborate on developing, sourcing and supply chain opportunities for electrical vehicle components. In addition, EV Dynamics will support Quantron in technical developments and retrofitting. Together, the two companies will have a production capacity of 10,000 vehicles per year.
