France – GAUSSIN SA, based in Héricourt, and Hydrogen Refuelling Solutions (HRS) of Champ-sur-Drac, have announced a strategic partnership aiming to supply 36 hydrogen stations within the European Union by 2026.  The agreement is intended to support what GAUSSIN calls its ‘turnkey hydrogen mobility solutions’ for the production and supply of hydrogen alongside GAUSSIN’s range of vehicles. As part of the agreement, HRS will invest EUR7 million in newly issued shares of GAUSSIN at a price of EUR6.20 per share.

HRS will supply a minimum of 36 hydrogen stations to GAUSSIN or its customers over the next five years, supported by an optional leasing solution. The agreement also provides for a gradual increase in supply of the stations; initially, within a month of HRS’s investment in GAUSSIN, two 200kg/day stations will be provided, with an additional supply of two stations by the end of the 2021/2022 financial year.
