Germany – MAN Truck & Bus SE, a subsidiary of the Traton Group based in Munich, Bavaria, released a new suite of fleet management applications for purchasers of its electric bus line. The software is available on Traton’s ‘RIO’ digital platform.1
The software comes in a standard and a premium package, called MAN eManager S and MAN eManager M respectively. The standard option allows for the remote management of charging schedules, in-vehicle thermal systems, and monitoring of charging stations, as well as providing real-time data on fleet charge levels. The premium version expands on these features with detailed statistics on multiple aspects of the fleet, including vehicle and battery data, figures on consumption and mileage, and other information related to energy use.
