Nelson Global Products acquire exhaust component manufacturer Tru-Flex

USA – Stoughton, Wiconsin-based Nelson Global Products Inc, a manufacturer of vehicle components for thermal management and acoustic, air, and fluid mechanics, announced that it has recently acquired Tru-Flex LLC, a manufacturer of flexible elements for exhaust systems based in West Lebanon, Indiana. Tru-Flex’s parent company, HBM Holdings, an investment firm based in Clayton, Missouri, is to retain an ownership stake through an investment in Nelson Global Products.
Tru-Flex supplies exhaust bellows, metal hoses, and aftermarket products for on- and off-road applications to commercial vehicle OEMs across the world. It has facilities in Indiana and in Zimna Wodka, Poland.
