Nikola to lease 100 fuel-cell trucks to US-fleet operator PGT Trucking

USA – Nikola Corporation, a designer of zero-emission vehicle concepts based in Phoenix, Arizona, has signed a Letter of Intent to lease 100 hydrogen fuel-cell electric trucks to PGT Trucking Inc, a flatbed transportation company based in Aliquippa, Pennsylvania, following completion of a demonstration programme under terms to be agreed between the two companies. Deliveries are set to begin in 2023 once production of the truck commences.
