Ballard and Forsee enter strategic partnership targeting fuel cell solutions

Canada / France – Hydrogen fuel cell manufacturer Ballard Power Systems Inc of Vancouver, British Columbia, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with battery producer Forsee Power, based in Paris, France, with the goal of developing integrated fuel cell and battery solutions.
Under the agreement, Ballard will supply the hydrogen fuel cell and related controls for the project, with Forsee contributing batteries, battery management systems, cooling, and high voltage conversion systems. The two companies will jointly develop the energy management system which will optimise the integrated solution.
