Frigoblock and Alimerka unveil Spain’s first fully-electric reefer

Alimerka's MAN eTGM truck with Frigoblock refrigeration unit installed

Germany / Spain – Frigoblock GmbH, a manufacturer of transport refrigeration units and subsidiary of Trane Technologies Plc based in Essen, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, has revealed what it claims is the first fully-electric refrigerated truck to enter operation in Spain. The truck was developed in collaboration with Frigoblock’s client, supermarket chain Alimerka SA of Llanera, Spain.
