Mercedes-Benz Actros celebrates 25 years of production

Germany – Stuttgart-based Daimler Truck AG is celebrating 25 years of production of the Mercedes-Benz Actros truck. In 1996, the first generation Actros was the first vehicle in its class to be fitted with disc brakes on all wheels as standard. Today, the company is manufacturing the eActros, a battery electric variant with a range of up to 250 miles (400km).
