Renault Trucks to equip next generation of trucks with new engines

Renault Trucks' DE13 engine with Turbo Compound

France Renault Trucks SAS, a subsidiary of the Volvo Group based in Saint-Priest, France, has announced it will be equipping its new generation of trucks with engines that, when installed with an optional ‘Turbo Compound’ technology, will achieve fuel savings of up to 10%. The new engines will be compatible with the long-haul T and T High truck range and the C and K ranges for construction applications.
