Iveco Group debuts on Milan stock exchange

Italy – Turin-based Iveco Group N.V. has begun trading on the Euronext Milan exchange, as of January 3rd, 2022. The stock market debut marks the demerger of Iveco from CNH Industrial N.V., which is headquartered in London. CNH will now focus on the agricultural side of the business manufacturing off-road heavy machinery, with Iveco taking responsibility for truck, bus, special vehicles, and powertrain solutions.

The divisions now operating under the Iveco Group are: Heuliez Bus, Iveco Bus, Iveco, FPT Industrial, Iveco Defence Vehicles, Astra, and Magirus.
