Eaton acquires Royal Power Solutions

USA – Maumee, Ohio-based power management firm, Eaton Corp has completed the acquisition of Royal Power Solutions, an electric vehicle component manufacturer based in Carol Stream, Illinois, USA. Under the terms of the agreement, Eaton paid USD600 million for Royal Power.
Royal Power Solutions has approximately 450 employees and manufacturing facilities in Carol Stream, Illinois, and Queretaro, Mexico, along with a sales and engineering office in Canton, Michigan.
