Daimler Truck delivers first eActros to DB Schenker

Germany – Daimler Truck AG, based in Stuttgart, Germany, has announced the delivery of its very first series production eActros to operator DB Schenker. The eActros 300, produced at the Daimler plant in Wörth am Rhein, will be used for heavy-duty distribution.
The eActros 300 features a three-battery pack configuration, as opposed to the four-battery pack setup of the eActros 400. Each battery pack has a usable capacity of around 97kWh, powering two liquid-cooled motors with a peak output of 400kW.
