Germany / Spain – Knorr-Bremse AG, based in Munich, Germany, has signed a contract to acquire a majority stake in Spanish connectivity and digitalisation specialist Cojali S.L., based in Campo de Criptana. The signed contract values the 55% stake in Cojali at EUR200 million.

Cojali offers multi-brand conventional and remote diagnostics systems to the commercial vehicle industry. The firm’s brand-agnostic approach allows operators to monitor the condition of specific components while the vehicle is on the move in an effort to reduce vehicle downtime. The two firms state that their collaborative work will focus on remote diagnostics and predictive maintenance solutions.
