Wrightbus opens onsite recruitment office and advertises for new sales manager

UK – Wrightbus, a bus and coach manufacturer based in Ballymena, UK, has launched a renewed recruitment drive by opening a new onsite recruitment office and putting out a call for a new sales manager.
Following on the back of a series of large orders – including a framework agreement for up to 800 buses for Ireland and the company’s first major European order – Wrightbus is looking to expand its workforce to more than 900 employees by the end of this year; a massive improvement on staff levels of just 56 in October 2019, when the company was bought out of administration by Jo Bamford. The manufacturer has therefore opened a recruitment office on its main production site at Ballymena in Northern Ireland in order to facilitate the expansion of its workforce.
