Clean Logistics to acquire Dutch specialist truck manufacturer GINAF

Netherlands / Germany - German zero emission truck and bus conversion start-up, Clean Logistics SE* of Hamburg, has agreed to acquire all the shares in specialist multi-axle truck specialist, GINAF Trucks Netherlands B.V. (GINAF**) of Veenendaal, Netherlands from the management team at GINAF.

GINAF, a Dutch OEM, operates in the conversion and production of trucks in various specialist applications including construction, cleaning, waste, agriculture and mining. In addition, the company develops and produces fully electric zero-emission trucks. The current production capacity of the company is 200 vehicles per year.
