Loop Energy acquires site in the UK

UK / CanadaLoop Energy Inc, a manufacturer of fuel cell systems based in Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada, has announced it will be expanding to a new site based in the UK later this month. 

The Canadian firm is moving into a facility located in Grays, near the Port of London. It is situated nearby OEM customer Tevva, which is headquartered at Tilbury. The move marks Loop Energy’s entry into the European industrial economy. The new facility will serve as a support centre for its European customers, and already the company has reportedly begun recruiting employees in production and customer support and inventory.
