Netherlands / France – The Royal Terberg Group BV, a manufacturer of specialised trucks based in IJsselstein, Netherlands, has announced it will sell its stake in its leasing business to Arval, an automotive leasing firm and division of international banking group BNP Paribas of Paris, France.

The Terberg Business Lease Group is a joint venture formed in mid-2019 between Terberg and mobility services company AutoBinck Group of Utrecht, Netherlands. It was formed from the merger of two separate businesses, Terberg Leasing and Business Lease Nederland, bringing together brands such as Privatelease.com, Justlease and Personal Car Lease. It manages a fleet of around 40,000 vehicles, including Terberg-made special vehicles. AutoBinck has also agreed to sell its stake in the joint venture.
