Mercedes-Benz to build VAN.EA panel vans in Poland from 2025

Germany / Poland – Mercedes-Benz Group AG of Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg has announced that its large vans (“closed” models and panel vans) based on ‘VAN.EA’ will be built at the company’s existing site in Jawor, Poland.
Back in September, Mercedes-Benz announced it will begin making mid-size and large vans on a new electric vehicle platform called VAN.EA (Van Electric Architecture) by 2025. Now the company has revealed that it will be expanding its car engine and battery facility at Jawor to accommodate the production of large VAN.EA panel vans.
