Randon completes acquisition of Hercules

Brazil / USA - Randon Implementos, the semi-trailer division of Empresas Randon S.A. of Caxias do Sul, has completed the purchase of the North American semi-trailer manufacturer, Hercules Enterprise, LLC (Hercules Chassis) of Hillsborough, New Jersey, announced in the summer this year. Hercules is a traditional semi-trailer manufacturer, specializing in container chassis trailers, with over 60 years of experience.
The acquisition coincides with certification and permission for Randon to manufacture its own range of semi-trailers in the USA for the North American market.
