Hübner reshuffles Management Board

Germany – Articulated systems specialist, Hübner GmbH & Co. KG (Hübner Group) of Kassel, Germany, has announced it has reorganised its management board as part of its efforts to address certain industry challenges such as component supply shortages and to implement the HÜBNER 2026 Strategy.
Company owner, Reinhard Hübner announced the new Management Board is as follows: Uwe Bittroff, Head of Bus Gangway Systems in the Mobility Road division; Ingolf Cedra, Head of the Material Solutions and Photonics division; Kai Mentel, Senior Vice President of Mobility Rail and Claus Schäfer, Head of Corporate Finance. This restructuring sees the previous Chief Financial Officer Gerald Steinhoff and the previous head of Mobility Rail and Mobility Road, Helge Förster, leave the company for new professional challenges elsewhere. The company will now be led by a four-person Management Board.
