Continental to restructure its ContiTech business division

Germany – Continental AG* of Hanover, has announced the decision to “strategically realign” its non-tyre material applications business, ContiTech (also headquartered in Hanover), to focus more clinically on its industrial business. From May 2023, ContiTech will be divided into three regional business areas: Industrial Solutions Americas, Industrial Solutions APAC (Asia & Pacific) and Industrial Solutions EMEA (Europe & Middle East).

Commenting on the realignment and its goals, Philip Nelles, member of the Continental Executive Board and CEO of the ContiTech group sector, explained:
