Beate Paletar takes over Schwarzmüller, reshuffles management following CEO resignation

Austria – Beate Paletar, chair of the Supervisory Board and sole proprietor of trailer manufacturer Wilhelm Schwarzmüller GmbH (“Schwarzmüller”), of Freinberg, Upper Austria, announced she has removed the position of CEO and reshuffled the management following her acquisition of all the company shares.
Three executives have been appointed to lead the company. Thomas Biringer is appointed Chief Operating Officer and Michael Hummelbrunner takes the position of Chief Financial Officer. A Chief Sales Officer position has been created for Wolfgang Köster. These men will head up the company management in the place of a CEO, a position which Paletar eliminated following the resignation of incumbent CEO Roland Hartwig.
