Quantron supplies swap body electrified truck to Rhenus Home Delivery

GermanyQuantron AG, a retrofit firm based in Gersthofen, Bavaria, supplied its first 7.2-tonne electric truck, featuring a unique swap-body chassis, to Rhenus Home Delivery, a division of logistics company Rhenus AG & Co KG of Holzwickede, North Rhine-Westphalia. 

The 7.2-tonne cab-chassis is a new weight configuration in Quantron’s ‘QLI BEV’ range of light-duty vehicles based on the Iveco Daily. The QLI BEV can be fitted with a motor providing up to 147 kW power and 1,250 Nm torque, and batteries with up to 115 kWh capacity, giving a maximum range of 180 kilometres.
