Hyvia installs electrolyser at Flins Renault Factory

FranceHyvia, a joint venture between Renault and Plug Power based in Villiers-Saint-Frédéric, France, has installed its first electrolyser at the Flins Renault Factory for the production of green hydrogen fuel. 

The proton exchange membrane (PEM) electrolyser was manufactured by Plug Power and delivered to Hyvia. The 1MW electrolyser is capable of producing up to 400 kg of hydrogen every day, supporting fuel-cell electric vehicles up to 20,000 kilometres.
