MAN trucks now available with Hendrickson Ultimaax for construction & offroad applications

Germany / USA – MAN Truck & Bus SE, a subsidiary of the Traton Group based in Munich, Bavaria, Germany, has announced that its trucks can now be specified with ‘Ultimaax’ elastomer suspension manufactured by Hendrickson International of Woodridge, Illinois, USA.
The Ultimaax can accommodate a load capacity of 26 tonnes. Hendrickson claims that, compared to mechanical suspensions on the market, the elastomeric Ultimaax is up to 250 kilograms lighter. It is recommended for applications such as concrete mixer trucks, tippers, mining trucks, and refuse vehicles with high load weights and on- and off-road uses.
