Inside the new service centre in Berlin

Germany – Last month, Daimler Truck AG of Leinfelden-Echterdingen, Baden-Württemberg opened its new EUR 20 million service centre in Berlin for Mercedes-Benz and Setra buses and touring coaches. The 21,000 square metre centre caters for ICE and EV buses with plans to offer services for fuel cell buses in the near future. The centre offers 26 workstations, a paint shop, 4 EV charging stations and workshops offering the entire service portfolio from maintenance, repair, bodywork and painting. Battery replacements and repairs are also available. This expands the Mercedes-Benz aftermarket network in Germany as well as Western Europe.
