Ebusco appoints Jurjen Jongma as permanent CFO

Netherlands – Electric bus manufacturer, Ebusco Holding NV, based in Deurne, has appointed Jurjen Jongma as permanent Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and member of the management board after taking over from interim CFO Björn Krook, who will stay on the board as Investor Relations Manager. Jongma will be responsible for implementing the company's global financial strategy in order to ensure Ebusco’s growth.
The 52-year-old Dutchman has occupied senior management positions at Royal Philips for over 25 years and most recently, CFO at Versuni (formerly Philips Domestic Appliances). Jongma holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Tilburg University, as well as an Executive Master's in Finance & Control from Maastricht University.
