Phillips Industries announces restructure, plans to move HQ to Irvine

Phillips Connect site in Irvine, California

USA – Truck-trailer connections specialist Phillips Industries Inc of Santa Fe Springs, California has announced a corporate restructure, which involves merging its marketing and research and development departments and moving its headquarters to the city of Irvine.

The company will relocate its global headquarters to the current site of telematics subsidiary Phillips Connect on the UC Irvine Research Park. Although the company’s factory in Sante Fe Springs will remain open, the move will bring its other North American business activities under a single roof. Moreover, the company touts Irvine as a hub of “innovation”, offering a high quality of life to residents.
