Solaris signs its largest hydrogen bus contract to date with TPER of Italy

Poland / Italy – Solaris Bus & Coach sp. z o.o. of Bolechowo, Poland has announced its largest contract to date for fuel cell electric buses: a firm order for 130 buses and an option for 140 more from Italian public transport firm Trasporto Passeggeri Emilia-Romagna SA (TPER).

130 units of the ‘Urbino 12 hydrogen’ line will be delivered over the next few years, the vast majority of which (127) will be delivered to the Metropolitan City of Bologna. The remaining three buses will serve Ferrara.
