Daimler finalises vehicle lineup for Busworld Europe

Belgium / Germany – Next month, Daimler Truck AG of Leinfelden-Echterdingen, Baden-Württemberg has announced its lineup of eight buses and coaches from Mercedes-Benz and Setra set to take the stand at Busworld Europe, in Brussels from the 7th -12th of October 2023. The company will focus on its electromobility and safety systems at the event.

The highlight is the debut of the all-electric eCitaro fuel cell solo bus featuring a hydrogen fuel cell. Next to it will be the Brazilian eO500U city bus chassis making its European debut as well as the latest generation of the eCitaro with an updated NMC3 battery. Furthermore, the Mercedes-Benz eCitaro G fuel cell and the Mercedes-Benz Tourismo will be available outside for test drives. Another trade fair debutant will be the recently unveiled new generation Setra MultiClass LE low-entry intercity bus. The top-of-the-range three-axle S518 LE 14.5 metre model will be on display and ready to test drive.
