Guido Dumarey

UK / FranceMellor Bus of Rochdale, UK and other subsidiaries owned by WN VTech Ltd have been bought by Dumarey Group of Strasbourg, France – the investment portfolio company owned by Belgian entrepreneur Guido Dumarey – after WN VTech went into administration at the end of November.

According to a report from The Bolton News, WN VTech called in administrators due to supply chain “challenges”. It has since been confirmed that Mellor, along with Treka, VCS, Promech Technologies, Coleman Milne and JM Engineering, will be rescued following the Dumarey acquisition, allaying fears of significant job losses.
