Christian Wilz as the new head of Mercedes-Benz Trucks in Germany
Germany – The Mercedes-Benz Group AG*, an automotive corporation based in Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg has appointed Christian Wilz as the new head of Mercedes-Benz Trucks in Germany, taking over from Joachim Schlereth who will be retiring at the end of the year. Wilz will be responsible for the sales and service of Mercedes-Benz and Fuso brand trucks in Germany. Wilz joined the company (formerly Daimler Group) in 2002, occupying sales, retail and financial services roles. Currently, he is Head of Sales & Customer Solutions in Europe and Latin America and will take his new position on January 1, 2024.
