Tata Motors inaugurates third vehicle scrapping facility - in the town of Surat

Tata Motor’s third Recycle With Respect (Re.Wi.Re) facility at Surat with the partner - Shree Ambica Auto

India – Truck and bus builder, Tata Motors Ltd of Mumbai, has opened its new Registered Vehicle Scrapping Facility (RVSF) in Surat, Gujarat, named Recycle With Respect (Re.We.Re)1. The new facility operates and complies with the standards as stated by the government’s vehicle scrapping policy - Voluntary Vehicle Fleet Modernization Program (V-VMP), which took effect in April 2022.

The RVSF is developed and operated by Tata Motors’ partner, Shree Ambica Auto to scrap end-of-life passenger and commercial vehicles of all brands. This launch follows the success of the two facilities in Jaipur and Bhubaneshwar.
