Solaris receives record order for 112 artic trolleybuses from Genoa

Poland / Italy – Solaris Bus & Coach sp. z o.o. of Bolechowo, Poland has announced its largest ever order for articulated trolleybuses to date – a contract for 112 18-metre trolleybuses from AMT Genova of Italy.

The contract, worth over EUR100m, is for 112 units of the ‘Trollino 18’ line of trolleybuses, which will come equipped with in-motion-charging technology that allows for recharging via catenary lines.
