Krone sets up a Norwegian subsidiary

Norway / Germany – In January 2024, German trailer manufacturer, Krone Commercial Vehicles SE (a subsidiary of Bernard Krone Holding GmbH & Co KG) of Werlte, established its Norwegian subsidiary, Krone Norge AS based in Langhus. Krone Norge AS now handles domestic sales as this strategic move forms part of a wider Scandinavian restructuring of the Krone sales network. The subsidiary replaces its previous sales partner, Vogn Service, which has been exclusively importing Krone products into the region since 2008. However, this relationship will be continued in the aftermarket segment, namely in spare parts and trailer servicing.
Preben Ferre is head of Krone Norge AS, where he is responsible for sales. Ferre reports directly to Dr Frank Albers, Managing Director of Sales and Marketing at Krone Commercial Vehicles.
