Stellantis North America unveils Ram ProMaster EV

USA – FCA US LLC (“Stellantis North America”) of Auburn Hills, Michigan has released details of the upcoming battery electric variant of the ‘ProMaster’ line of vans, marketed under the ‘Ram Trucks’ marque.
The ‘Ram ProMaster EV’ is powered by an electric powertrain offering 200 kW/268 horsepower and 302-lbs-ft of torque. A battery capacity of 110 kWh provides a range of up to 162 miles for urban applications. The battery is positioned under the floor in the centre of the vehicle. For the delivery van specification, the customer can choose between a 12-foot and a 13.5-foot cargo length. The cargo floor is entirely flat, providing up to 524 cubic feet in volume and an interior height of 86 inches. The payload is 2,030 lbs.
