USA – Orange EV, a manufacturer of electric terminal tractors formerly based in Riverside, Missouri, opened its new headquarters and production facility in Kansas City, Kansas on 26 January, representing an increase in space of almost 400,000 square feet.
In late 2022, the company announced its plans to relocate from its 52,000-square-foot site in nearby Riverside (part of the cross-state Kansas City metropolitan area) to a new 440,000-square-foot facility in order to scale up its manufacturing operations. At its new site, Orange EV will be capable of producing more than 200 terminal tractors per month in a single shift.
