ZF launches new comprehensive service for CV workshop partners

Germany – The aftermarket division of automotive systems manufacturer ZF Friedrichshafen AG of Friedrichshafen, Baden-Württemberg is combining its separate services for the commercial vehicle market into one, with the aim of helping authorised workshops to digitise their customer service operations.

‘ZF [pro]Service’ is a new aftermarket offering which combines ‘ZF Service Point’, ‘ZF [pro]Tech’ (for CVs) and ‘WABCO Service Partner’. Through ZF [pro]Service, ZF Aftermarket will support new and existing partners to digitise their commercial vehicle workshops and modernise their business operations.
