Bollinger Motors’ e-chassis qualifies for USD 40,000 in U.S. tax credit

Bollinger’s B4 chassis cab

USA – Bollinger Motors Inc, a subsidiary of Mullen Automotive Inc based in Oak Park, Michigan, has announced its B4 electric chassis cab (GVWR 15,500 pounds or 7030 kgs) now qualifies for an IRS 40,000 U.S. tax credit for commercial clean vehicles, under the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022*. Deliveries of the Bollinger B4 chassis cab are set for Q3 2024.

This tax credit should stimulate demand, adding additional revenue to the company’s bottom line. This was the sentiment of founder & CEO, Robert Bollinger, who said “Bollinger Motors is poised for growth, and we’re ready to help electrify America’s fleets. These tax credits are an important incentive for our customers to replace their gas and diesel trucks and lower their total cost of ownership.”
