Viatec receives third investment from South Carolina Research Authority, totalling USD750,000 over last six years

USA – Viatec Inc of Piedmont, South Carolina has received an investment of USD300,000 from the South Carolina Research Authority which will go towards further development of its electric power take-off systems for utility applications.
Viatec became a member of the state research authority in 2017, receiving a USD25,000 project development grant and a USD46,000 development grant. In 2018, it received its first investment of USD250,000, followed by a second investment of USD200,000 in 2020. This recent investment of USD300,000 is the third such (not including the grants) made by the state research authority in Viatec, totalling USD750,000 over six years.
