BorgWarner appoints new Chief Accounting Officer

USA – CV powertrain components giant, BorgWarner Inc of Auburn Hills, Michigan, USA, has announced Amy Kulikowski as its new Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, reporting directly to the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Craig Aaron. Kulikowski has over 25 years of financial accounting experience and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CPA). Kulikowski was most recently the Chief Accounting Officer at Cooper-Standard Holdings Inc, the global automotive components supplier and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.
