Harbinger to integrate Sibros connectivity solutions with medium-duty EV platform

USA – Harbinger Motors Inc, a startup manufacturer of medium-duty electric vehicles based in Gardena, California, has entered into a strategic partnership with tech firm Sibros Technologies Inc of San Jose, California to integrate Sibros’ connectivity software with Harbinger vehicles.
Harbinger will employ Sibros’ ‘Deep Connected Platform’, a software suite which is intended to improve vehicle performance and safety through full life cycle management of vehicle data. Three programs will be integrated with Harbinger’s Class 4-6 electric vehicle platform: ‘Deep Updater’ for over-the-air software upgrades; ‘Deep Logger’ for data analytics; and ‘Deep Logger’ for remote fleet management. Sibros says it is also providing its ‘Pre-Production Portal’ software which it claims will accelerate development of Harbinger’s vehicles.
