DAF Caminhões Brasil appoints Larisa Gambrell as new president

Larisa Gambrell - Appointed president of DAF Caminhões Brasil

Brazil / USA - Larisa Gambrell has appointed as president of DAF Caminhões Brasil Ltda, headquartered in Ponta Grossa, Brazil. Gambrell, who will formerly take up the position on May 1, 2024. She is to succeed Lance Walters, who, after four years in charge of Brazilian operations, will return to the United States to occupy the position of Assistant General Manager — Sales and Marketing of PACCAR Parts. Gambrell, one of the first women to assume the position in the Brazilian automobile sector, will report to Michael Kuester, vice president for South America at PACCAR.

With a degree in Economics from the University of Washington and in International Business from Seattle University, Gambrell joined PACCAR in 2006 and held positions in the PACCAR Parts, Dynacraft and Kenworth divisions. Her last responsibility was the position of Assistant General Manager — PACCAR Parts Operations in Renton, Washington, in the United States.
